Mrs. Mohanie Ahangama 

Founded Pulse Beat Gyms in 1992, as there was a derth of health and fitness centers in Colombo. The key aim was to help the community to look their best while feeling good and maintaining their health.

FITNESS AND NUTRITION 

Health and Fitness instructor trained in the United Kingdom (FFI) and has a Fitness and Nutrition Certificate from ICS USA. She has worked in this industry for the past twenty years, and is the owner and hands-on Managing Director of a result oriented Weight Loss Center in Colombo, Sri Lanka. 

S.R.N., S.C.M., TEACHING N.D.N.,H.V CERT (UK), DIP-CH-PSYCHOLOGY.

PRE-NATAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS

Qualified Health Visitor with a Nursing and Midwifery background trained in the United Kingdom and has worked in these areas for the past forty years including twenty years in the United Kingdom.

During the past twenty years she has been conducting Pre Natal Education programmes in Sri Lanka at her Pre Natal Education Center.

REIKI / SEICHEM COURSES AND HEALINGS

Practitioner and teacher of alternative healing energies for the past 19 years, providing Reiki/Seichem healing to clients and Reiki/Seichem courses to those who wish to learn.

Our team of experienced gym instructors have been hand picked to ensure maximum professionalism backed by a sound knowledge of health and fitness.

Hailing from diverse sporting backgrounds including martial arts, rugby & athletics. Their qualifications and expertise range from licensed yoga & martial arts teachers to Zumba & Insanity instructors.

Track your attendance and progress and will call to ensure your well-being should you be absent for a few days.
