YOUR FREE CLASSES
Taking circuit training to a whole new level, we have combined a challenging obstacle course comprising of Russian ropes, hurdles, ladders and cones to help you amp up your workout in a fun way, improve cardiovascular health and endurance, increase strength and flexibility, burn more calories while building social bonds.
This workout kicks up the burn even further by incorporating the fluid movements from martial arts, bringing together functional strength work & metabolic conditioning. Purpose built around you, this program is designed to develop your strength, power, explosiveness, speed, agility, endurance and balance.
HARD ABDOMINALS, HIPS AND THIGHS
For many, particularly women, abdominals, hips and thighs are trouble spots... the midriff area being of high concern as our vital organs have to work harder when encased in fat. Taking these into account, Pulse Beat has designed programs that slim, tone and strenghen this central part of you body.
STRETCH AND TONE
Long, lean muscles are the name of the game here. Focusing on core strength, proper alignment, flexibility, increased range of motion of the joints and a mind / body connected approach, this is the way to train your body as an integrated whole and is accessible to all
